428 Wisconsin Ave: demolition contract approved October 20, 2025, with the stated “intention of the City to offer the site for future development.” No developer interest had been received as of the contract date.

The design contract’s schedule (November 2025) planned construction of the admin and fuel buildings for 2026 Q4–2027 Q2 and marina construction for 2027 Q3–2028 Q2. As of the August 17, 2026 packet, community meetings #3 and #4 had no dates.

The 2024 bridge design agreement planned a construction letting in December 2026 and construction from 2027, with federal funds to be obligated by 2028. The current schedule was not found.
