A short inventory of open city-owned lots near the lakefront and downtown.
Each line names the source file and the line number in that file. Primary documents are linked where one exists.
Armory lot, 516 Broughton Dr: City-owned, 2.445 acres, Urban Residential-12, TID 21, “Negotiable (City Owned).” The lot is grass. No development agreement or request for proposals was found, and no dollars are earmarked for the lot itself.

Senior services moved to Uptown Social at 1817 N 8th St. The contract bid states that “development of the cleared site is not scheduled.”
