Facts about the marina at 821 Broughton Drive, the adopted Waterfront and Marina Master Plan, and the movable bridge design.
Each line names the source file and the line number in that file. Primary documents are linked where one exists.
On August 17, 2026 the Common Council adopted the Waterfront and Marina Master Plan and Schematic Design (Resolution 78-26-27) by a 10–0 vote.

UnresolvedHow the budget lines above and the Phase 1 construction budget fit together is not stated in any document reviewed (“No document says how it closes”). The cost estimate behind the adopted schematic design was also not found.
