The design is ready to discuss. Here's how we see the next steps.

1. Share and listen: bring the plan to riders, neighborhoods, employers, health systems, schools and nearby communities, and refine it together.
2. Start simple: go fare-free for everybody, adopt the every-day schedule, and launch on-demand vans and the first e-bike docks.
3. Build the Hubs: use capital tools like TIF for the Longevity Hubs, stations and chargers.
4. Grow the grid: add frequency line by line, then the crossovers, the Lakeshore Link and, as Phase 9 / proposed, the intercity links.
5. Measure what matters: ridership, car-free households by choice, trips to care and jobs, and resident health and happiness.
6. Look ahead: electric fleets, smart signals, and autonomous pilots on the 20-year road.
