Gartman property: Mashuda holds Phase 1 and Phase 3 awards.

Sheboygan Inn: demolished 2025. Mead Library: masonry sealant (Berglund). Marina fuel system: $91,100 repairs.

Southside interceptor: Foth engineering; easements authorized.
